The green line usually has something to do with running SLI if you have 2 video cards check your settings. something there that say SLI remdering monitor.

I have a strong feeling that this is a re-encode and not the original DVDRip - well it's not bad quality, but you can see jagged lines which happens when you change the resolution when re-encoding.
